Frequently asked questions
Does a template create a video immediately?
No. It loads a prompt and the corresponding workflow into the workspace. Review the scene, add the required references and confirm the quote before submitting a generation task.
Is the preview video included in my reference inputs?
A preview illustrates the template’s intended direction. Applying it does not automatically upload or select that video as your reference. Add your own media in the workspace where required.
Why does a template open an upgrade dialog?
Templates use model workflows. If the selected workflow requires VIP and your account lacks access, the upgrade dialog opens first. The template can be viewed without promising access to every model.
Can I change the prompt, model and aspect ratio?
Yes. Edit the scene after applying the template. Changing the model can change supported media, duration, sound and output options, so check any references again before submission.
How do saved creative settings affect a template?
A saved creative direction is added to the template prompt when you apply it. You can edit or remove that direction in the workspace before submitting.
Where can I find the generated result?
The task appears in its conversation. Completed results are also available in Assets → My creations and in the reference picker. A failed or unfinished task has no completed output to reuse.
